No statutory right of withdrawal
Widget Fox sells exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, that is, to companies, self-employed people and freelancers who use Widget Fox for their business. A statutory right of withdrawal exists only for consumers. For this reason, Widget Fox has no statutory right of withdrawal and no cancellation policy for consumers.
Voluntary: 30 days money back for Pro
If Pro does not suit you, you still get your money back: send us an email at info@widget-fox.com within 30 days of your first payment for Pro. We refund this payment through the payment method you paid with. With the refund, Pro ends and your account continues on the Free plan.

Refunds through Link
Link, a company of the Stripe group, processes the payment for Pro. Under its own terms, Link may grant refunds independently of us.
Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time in the dashboard or by email, effective at the end of the paid term.
